database examples

   Actually Database is a system that used to organize, store and retrieve amounts of data with easily. it consists of an organized collection of data or more uses and usually in digital form. Digital database are managed by using database management system which are used to store database contents,allow others data creation and maintenance and use to search information.
  i have created database before.To me i think that it quite hard to created it because i need to link to the right query and then i need to do the report and other to created it.. i used about 2 month just to create a very simple database. below, i will show all the database that i have been created.

examples if wanna find patient appointment with doctor, just key in the patient name or patient number.

 

here are the report look like. in database, not only need to do form, but also need to do a report.

so in order to create a database, you need to key in all the information such as name, age, and others. then you need to create a form, report in order to link a right query. so that when you need information and details about something, then you can have a accurate information in a right order.
